These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Jabeja. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
• An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation by email.
• Amendments to the agreement are only valid if confirmed in writing.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise.
• For projects above €1,000, an advance payment of 30% is required.
• Payment term: 14 days from the invoice date.
• In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest.

• Delivery times are determined in consultation and are indicative.
• Delays due to force majeure or to information supplied by the client do not give rise to any entitlement to compensation.
• The website is delivered after the client has approved the final result.

• All designs and code remain the property of Jabeja until full payment has been made.
• Upon full payment, the rights of use are transferred to the client.
• Jabeja reserves the right to show the work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

• Jabeja is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage and loss of profit.
• Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the assignment concerned.
• Jabeja is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

• Cancellation is possible until the start of development.
• In the event of cancellation after approval of the design, 50% of the total amount is payable.
• Advance payments already made will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

• Maintenance contracts are agreed separately.
• Without a maintenance contract, support is available at an hourly rate.
• Jabeja is not responsible for problems caused by external factors or by changes made by the client.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, the Court of Bruges (Rechtbank van Brugge) has jurisdiction.
