For your customers
A customer portal with the whole file in it.Your customers find everything without calling.
A custom customer portal with documents, status and follow-up in one place. What goes back and forth by email today, your customer finds on their own.
Your file
Locked
Your customer opens it and everything is already there
Sound familiar?
Three questions. That come back every week.
Slower turnaround, mistakes you only spot when the customer calls, and growth that mostly creates admin.
Your customer wants an update
Every question lands with someone on your team, often twice.
Your team is looking for a document
In a mailbox, on the server, or in last week's version.
Nobody knows who replies
Without one place, follow-up comes down to remembering.
Before and after
The same question.A different answer.
What ends up in a mailbox today will simply be in the file.
Today, by email
- How far along is the site work?
- Could you send the quote again?
- Which version of the plan is the right one?
- Have you received the inspection certificate yet?
Soon, in the portal
- Site status, live and updated this morning
- Quote under Documents, always the latest
- Ground floor plan v4, one version with a date
- Inspection certificate shared, not emailed
Features
What is in a custom customer portal? And what you choose yourself.
Customers upload their files to the right file. Your team sees straight away what has come in and what is still missing.
Approach
From flow to portal. In four steps.
We map your flow
The way it really runs, not the way it looks on paper.
We find where time disappears
Status questions, documents, reminders and double data entry.
We design the customer flow
What does your customer need to see or do themselves? That shapes the portal.
We build the portal
Login, roles, documents and notifications, made to fit you.
Proof, not promises
Work your customers use themselves.Every single day.
Projects in which customers follow up their own file.
In practice
How we did it at Ripal
For Ripal we built a customer portal in which customers follow their order history and order status. The portal is connected to the existing ERP and has been live since September 2026.

Questions
What clients ask us.About documents, access and maintenance.
No. The question is not how big you are, but how often the same information passes through your team. A company with ten customers who each send in documents every week gains more than a company with a hundred customers you speak to once a year.
Yes, and that is usually the first thing we build. Customers upload their files to the right file, and your team sees at a glance what has come in and what is still missing. You can set which documents are expected per file, so the portal sends the reminders itself.
That is the starting point. Your accounting, CRM, planning or ERP keeps running; the portal sits alongside it and pulls in the right data. Your team does not have to work in two systems, and you do not replace anything that already works well today.
Usually, yes, because without a login you cannot guarantee that someone only sees their own file. We keep it as light as possible: you send an invitation, the customer chooses a password and they are in. For one-off actions, such as uploading a single document or giving an approval, a secure link without an account also works.
We decide who may see which documents and discuss access, hosting and security based on how sensitive the data is. Those agreements become part of how the portal is set up and managed.
That is the approach we recommend. We start with the part that takes up most of your time today, usually status follow-up or documents, and expand once that is running. That way the portal pays off before it is fully finished, and after each phase you decide whether we continue.
The timeline depends on the features, integrations, data migration and feedback. We first discuss the first version and what information it needs.
