Office, shop floor and partners
A custom ERP, without replacing everything. We build what the shop floor actually uses.
A custom ERP, or a layer on top of the package you already have: one environment for office, warehouse and partners, connected both ways.
Sound familiar?
Where does your ERP pinch?Usually not in the technology.
Your ERP software can do a lot. The problem is who cannot get to it, and what grows up alongside it as a result.
Too heavy for the shop floor
Technically the ERP can handle it, but people in the warehouse or on the road just cannot get on with it.
Excel on the side
Planning, returns or follow-up live in spreadsheets next to the package, because they do not fit in it.
Everything goes through the office
Partners and customers send emails, and the office types it all into the system.
Every change needs negotiating
Each change to the package is a project with the vendor, invoice included.

Approach
A custom ERP, step by step. From a layer to a system of your own.
You know in advance what a phase costs and what it delivers.
What stays, what goes
We look at which parts of your ERP work well. Those stay, and we do not rebuild what is already right.
A layer on top
Screens per role for what the package does not do well, connected both ways.
Expand phase by phase
After each phase you decide whether more gets added, at a fixed price per phase.
Replace when it pays off
Only once the layer carries most of the work do we look at whether the old package is still needed.
Proof, not promises
The ERP stayed in place. At Ripal, every day.
Five entry points on one foundation: office, partners, warehouse, scanner and drivers, connected both ways to the existing ERP.
In practice
How we did it at Ripal
At Ripal we built a shop floor environment around the existing ERP, with entry points for office, warehouse, partners and drivers. A two-way integration connects the data from the business system with the work on the floor.

Questions
What clients ask us.About replacing, integrating and invoicing.
ERP software is usually a package shared by many companies, with modules you switch on or off. A custom ERP is built around your own processes. The best choice often lies in between: your ERP software stays for accounting and stock, and a custom layer does what the package does not do well.
If your ERP handles accounting and stock well, we would rather build the screens the shop floor, the road and your partners are missing, connected both ways. We only look at replacing once that layer carries most of the work and the old package mostly just costs money.
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, structured e-invoices have been required for Belgian B2B transactions that fall under the obligation. Peppol is the standard route. An alternative format or delivery channel can be agreed between the parties, provided it complies with the European standard EN 16931. To send via Peppol, we connect the ERP to an accredited access point; we do not build that ourselves.
With most packages that offer an integration: your existing ERP, your accounting, your webshop or a supplier's platform. In the first conversation we look at which integrations exist and what they allow.
That depends on how many processes go into it and which systems we connect to. We work per phase at a fixed price, so you know in advance where you stand and decide after each phase whether we continue.
