It plans your trips: which vehicle, which driver, which load, when. Good transport planning software adds your fleet, your documents and your customers, so nobody has to call to find out what is on the road.
For a traditional haulier, a package is often the right choice, and we will say so. Custom pays off when transport is only one part of your work, as with a wholesaler running its own fleet, or when your planning needs to talk to your ERP, your warehouse and your partners.
Yes. At Ripal, drivers, external ones too, see their own trip through a link that can never open the rest of the system. They do not need to install anything.
In Belgium, an e-CMR may only be issued through a software supplier approved by the Federal Public Service Mobility (list of approved suppliers), and no new suppliers are being admitted for now. So we do not build an e-CMR ourselves. What we can do: connect your planning to an approved e-CMR supplier, so the trip details do not have to be typed in again.
That depends on how much happens around the trips and which systems we connect to. We work per phase at a fixed price, so after each phase you decide whether we carry on.
