Hours and invoicing
Time tracking software that knows what you worked on.And invoices that follow.
Custom time tracking software: hours on customer, project and task, with a history you can check and a connection to your invoicing.
Sound familiar?
Where do hours get lost?Usually between logging and invoicing.
Keeping track of hours usually works. Doing something with them, less so.
Hours filled in afterwards
On Friday, everyone reconstructs the week from memory.
Separate from the project
You know how many hours were worked, but not on what.
Invoicing retypes everything
Hours go from a spreadsheet to an invoice, by hand.
No history
Who changed something, and when, is not recorded anywhere.

What is inside
What is in custom time tracking software? From logging to invoice.
Every entry is tied to a customer, a project or a task, not to a loose line.
Proof, not promises
Hours that are already tied to the work. For ourselves and for clients.
Our own admin system, where hours are tied to a task alongside customers and projects, and a platform where staff are scheduled per event.
In practice
How we did it at Hubigen Admin
In Hubigen Admin we link hours to the task, the project and the customer the work is done for. That keeps it visible which work is behind the hours, and invoicing builds on it.

Questions
What clients ask us.About the law, payroll and invoicing.
The federal government plans a general obligation to record working time from 2027. The exact rules have not been published yet. For some situations, such as flexible working hours and certain sectors, a recording obligation already exists today. Once the rules are settled, we will finish the time tracking to match them.
As far as is known today, no: the government does not approve or certify time tracking software. What matters is that the records are reliable and can be checked afterwards. That is why we store who changed what, and when, with every change.
Yes. We build an export in the format your payroll provider or payroll software asks for, or connect directly if it offers an integration.
We agree which hours need approval and how they go to your invoicing. The connection to a job sheet or accounting package depends on the chosen flow and the integrations available.
That depends on how you track hours and which systems we connect to. We work per phase at a fixed price, so after each phase you decide whether we carry on.
