The story
What we built.En waarom zo.
Gâté makes artisan cookies, and the frozen dough balls that hospitality venues and events bake fresh themselves. We built the site and the ordering flow behind it, with a separate business entrance and an admin screen where every order comes in.
The challenge
Gâté sells two things to two audiences: baked cookies and the frozen dough balls that let a venue take them fresh out of its own oven. That had to be explained on one site, appetising enough to explore the flavours and concrete enough to order straight away.
Our approach
Two kinds of visitors, two routes, one site. Consumers go from the flavours to an order; hospitality and events get their own business entrance with a basket that fits the way they order. Every order comes into an admin screen, so follow-up does not start in a mailbox.
The result
Gâté does more than present its range: people actually order from it. Consumer and business run side by side without getting in each other's way, and whatever comes in lands in the right place straight away.
